Kyung hee University Medical Center(KHUMC) began its history on April 27, 1965 with the merger of oriental medical schools. KHUMC is th only university medical institute in the world that offers services in five medical fields including Western medicine, Dentistry, Oriental medicine, pharmacy and nursing. KHUMC has been focusing on the development and research of new medical technology mostly for incurable diseases including nephropathy, arthritis, vertebra, cancer, paralysis, rhinitis, pain and anti-aging. In addition, through KHUMC's continuous dedication to providing a hightened medical service to the patient, KHUMC won award of No.1 National Customer Satisfaction Evaluation by Medical industry in 2005.
